The entrance hall, leads through to the lounge dining area with TV and DVD wich is opening out onto the sea front balcony with marvellous views of the whole bay of Pollensa. Fully fitted kitchen and utility area equipped with washing machine. The main bedroom is double with their own bathroom en suite and exit to the sea front balcony. There are two more bedrooms, a twin and a single, both sharing a full bathroom. Total sleeping five people. Safe is provided.
Two units of air conditioning are provided, one in the lounge dining área and the second one in the corridor, next to bedroom two and three.
